What separates the winner from the loser?

  • Surprisingly not much. It’s not even what you may think. It’s not skill, I’ve seen many less skilled people in my day somehow beat a more skilled person. It’s not luck, as they say, “luck is for losers”, luck is just a skewed perception of what is really happening. So what is separating the winner from the loser… energy.

  • I know it’s so obvious! No it really isn’t, especially in the world we currently live in. I know a man who tells a fascinating true story about living with a 5000 year old culture that still practices energy work. Like real energy manipulation. I know, I know, it’s really hard to wrap your brain around something like that. You’re thinking it’s fake, illusion, bullshit, etc. Why do we immediately take the magic out of this world and our lives without even listening or seeing for ourselves?

  • Because of fear. We are afraid of looking stupid, of believing in something that turns out to be fake, or so programmed into thinking how “limited” we are that we don’t realize how truly unlimited you really are.

  • This is our biggest current disease. We are unlimited beings, making ourselves totally limited. Every time we “get ahead” we create road blocks in our lives to stop our momentum. It’s sad but true. We never achieve greatness because we are afraid of it. We wouldn’t know what to do when we got there. So the first step is to make the decision that you are destine for greatness. Greatness can be defined anyway you want, this is your life, you are free. Once you have made this decision, the next step is one of the most important…


  • Write down your goals to greatness. The steps you will make to help bring yourself there. They don’t even have to be big steps. Just steps that will take you forward to these goals. Be specific too, write down details. The details can change as you grow towards the goals as well. This is a fluid process, flow with the universe, it will lead you along.


  • The next step is to meditate on this goal. I will be posting a meditation soon that you can use for this, but any relaxation meditation will do. When you get to a good calm state in mediation you are ready to lock into your subconscious. Start to think about your goal, imagine it in clear and detailed view. Think about how easy it was to get through the steps to this goal. Like it just unfolded day after day effortlessly. Finally before leaving meditation, think of all the things you are grateful for in your life. Send love to these thing and people.

“I am the type of person who does not take no for an answer”


  • Next step is have fierce focus and determination. I am the type of person who does not take no for an answer. I have always push through any roadblocks. Even if it took years, I would remain focused and keep pushing. Sometimes it was like I had my head down in a windy snowstorm, but I just kept walking forward, knowing I would reach it. One thing you have to remember though is to maintain balance. A balanced person is a successful person. So when it comes to pushing too hard it doesn’t work. You have to be on the bicycle in the right gear peddling up the hill, too low of a gear and you burn yourself out and fall over, too high of a gear and you can’t peddle and you start rolling backwards. Find the right speed for you(pace), at the same time staying focused.


  • You cannot underestimate toughness. It is one of the important human evolutionary achievements. Without it we probably wouldn’t be here right now. It’s not just a physical toughness, it’s mental and spiritual as well. It’s pushing through the nah Sayers. Its getting up early to get that workout in. Its making your meals everyday. Its doing your meditations. Its believing in yourself when nobody else is there to believe in you. Its getting all your goals done when nobody is watching.

Open mind:

  • To see the world with an open mind you start to realize how much you have been missing out on. We tend to live in our little box and believe the mainstream thinking that this is life. Well it’s not, there is a whole side of the coin you don’t see unless you go looking for it. As I was saying in the beginning of this blog, this guy I know who traveled to ancient parts of the world and discovered the art of energy. It’s quite a spectacular story and was a very dangerous mission. He was also a very good surgon, so he was no slouch, he just had determination to unlock the secrets hidden in this world. He had an “open mind”  and found that cutting a person open to heal them is not the only way to fix someone, and after 15 years of travel he discovered he was right. The things we don’t see in this world are just as important as the things we do see. Energy is one of them. Our bodies are connected to everything. Energy is everywhere. Energy is being exchanged and balanced in the place you are right as you read this. This world is one big yin/yang, balance fest. If you were to take the entire world of energy and put it in a bottle it would be perfectly balanced between positive and negative.


Love of self:

  • There is no doubt one of the most powerful energies in this world is love. Especially love of self, unconditional love. What is it about love that is just so unavoidable? Love is what this earth, if you were to actually connect with it in meditation, is made of. When you connect to it you almost can’t breath. It’s such an overwhelming feeling/energy. I believe the only way you truly can discover what self-love really is all about, is through meditation. I believe the act of going inside yourself to find out who you truly are and connect to that internet, that is the tear drop finding the ocean. You then find that so much starts “making sense”. You gain this unbreakable confidence in yourself and your abilities. The love of self just naturally appears.

  1. Biohacking:   

  • New products i’ve been trying. Nicotine toothpicks, I’ve never smoked in my life, but the drug nicotine really helps the brain focus and create. I like to use them here and there for enhancement. I make sure not to use them often because they can be addicting. Just pop one in your mouth, suck, chew on it and you have brain stimulation! I am also using a couple of strategies to keep my blood sugar down after a meal. Keep the insulin down is very important, especially in youthfulness, but also in brain alertness. I generally do some movement snacks before a meal, (example 60 jumping jacks) then after the meal take a walk or do more movement snacks. This activity greatly reduces blood sugar. I also use “bitter melon extract”, “ceylon cinnamon”, and “apple cider vinigar”. All three products promote lower blood sugar. Just make sure they are organic or from a good source. High quality essential oils are also a must have. The two i use the most are peppermint oil and thieves(germ fighter). Remember to mix them in a carrier oil. I use high quality olive oil. The mixture to deletion is 10 drops of essential oil to a half cup of carrier oil. Store in a dark place. The peppermint oil has been proven to be a sports or athletic enhancing substance. Rub it on your chest, back of neck and a drop on your forehead before exercise and feel the lungs open right up. The thieves i use all the time on myself and everyone around me . just apply a small amount to the abdomen once a day or when feeling drained and it will boost your immune system. 


  • The truth is finding greatness is all up to you. What do you define as greatness for yourself. Remember this is your life, find the journey as exciting as any destination. A few tips that I use to stay focused and accomplished.

  • I find the best minds i can find and absorb like a sponge. The minds that speak my language and inspire me. The same ones that inspire me may do nothing for you, so its a journey of self. 

  • I always open myself up to try new things all the time. It could be a new way of eating, a new way to enjoy sex, a new way to exercise, a new way to meditate, or even a new way to clean and clear my body of toxins. Always stay open to trying new things.

  • Another important factor to remember is to stay humble. Have confidence for sure, even a little cocky won’t hurt, but don’t be arrogant. You will limit yourself greatly to grow if you act arrogant. Always be grateful as well for all you have.

  • You will not be young forever, you will need to change as you age. You must adapt to the new age and apply the right techniques to keep you as young as possible. There are ways to measure youth in something called telomeres. Some people are 37 years old but are age 20 in telomeres.  So it is very possible to age slowly and gracefully.

  • Do not get caught up in the EGO contest. This will only crush your hopes and dreams. Too many of us worry every moment on how big their dicks are, how perky their tits are, how many people they have “banged”, how heavy a bench press they can do, what kind of car they drive, etc. I get it, I’ve been there, and it’s one big joke. You’ll never be satisfied. It’s running the hamster wheel. You will age, you will realize that all those things go away and you are left with yourself. Starring in the mirror wondering what happened. You never journeyed inside yourself and discovered the real stuff.  Believe me there is a time and a place for the EGO, the wild sex, the hot car, the night of parties, the big manly bench press. However, its balance that is most important. Remember to balance your life and you will be efficiently flowing with the energies. Meditation is not just relaxation it is charging your energy fields. You become stronger through this process. Along with being creative as possible. For example i may paint, draw, write,  between sets of weight lifting. It stimulates balance and somehow seems to make you stronger. Try it out!

  • So my warriors this is where to start. Take all this information and start applying it, waiving it into your life. The world needs us more than ever right now. I am learning every moment about myself, i never stop. When something perceived as “bad” happens in my day i look at it as the great universe is giving me a gift to strengthen me.
